Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe:
In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Alternatively, if you booked through Toro, you can use their platform to initiate the cancellation process. You can also contact us directly using the business phone number provided for cancellation requests.

Insurance Requirement:
All renters must have their own insurance coverage that provides full coverage for the duration of the rental period. Showtime Sales does not offer insurance waivers or coverage. Please ensure that your insurance policy meets the necessary requirements before making a reservation.

Age Requirement and Deposit:
To book an exotic car, renters must be at least 21 years old. Additionally, a refundable deposit of $1500 is required for each exotic car rental. This deposit will be held until the vehicle is returned to ensure that no damages or additional charges have been incurred during the rental period.

Deposit Hold:
The $1500 deposit will be held on your credit card until the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented out, without any damages or additional charges. Once the vehicle is inspected and cleared, the deposit will be released back to you.

Please note that any damages or additional charges incurred during the rental period may be deducted from the deposit. It is important to return the vehicle in the same condition to ensure the prompt release of your deposit.

However, for individuals between the ages of 18 and 20 who wish to rent an exotic car, they must have a cosigner who is at least 21 years old. The cosigner takes responsibility for the rental agreement and must meet all the necessary requirements.
